For certification, you must attend both days of one of the clinics and be 12 years old before September 1st, 2020 to be certified for the fall season. A minimum of 75% is required to pass the 100 question test given at the end of the second session. The on-line registration form must be completed prior to the clinics. If changes are required after the form is completed, please contact Andrew Mazurek ([email protected]) at the email address here. Do Not complete another form.

- Referees should be prepared for the clinics.
- Clinic ending times are approximate.
- Current referees should review the KMSL Rules and FIFA Laws of the Game.
- New referees will have time to study between sessions.
- Please bring paper, pencil(s), and something to drink; snacks are allowed.

- Clubs will be invoiced for fees; fees will not be collected during the clinic. You
