HSC Select thrives under the guidance of Coach Jack De Selm, our Director of Coaching, and a dedicated staff of experienced coaches committed to player development. All HSC Select Head Coaches hold coaching licenses through the United Soccer Coaches (USC) or United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and many of our assistant coaches have earned coaching licenses as well. Several of our head coaches hold advanced USSF "D" Licenses and regularly pursue additional continuing education certifications to stay current with modern coaching methods and player development practices. This commitment to coaching education ensures our players receive high-quality instruction in a positive, challenging, and development-focused environment.
