Why Are We Fundraising?
Funds raised help support the Hartford Soccer Club and keep registration fees low for our players.

Fundraising Dates:

📅 Start Date: April 1, 2025 (Tuesday) at Midnight
📅 End Date: April 27, 2025 (Sunday) at Midnight
📅 Pickup Date: May 20, 2025 (Tuesday) from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Pickup Location: Concession Stand

How to Collect Fundraising Orders:

Online Orders (Preferred):

✅ Each family will receive a Rally-Up link via email for order placement.
✅ Log in to Rally-Up to track and confirm your orders.

Paper Orders:

📝 Paper forms are available upon request for in-person sales.
💰 Collect payment at the time of order.
✍️ Checks should be made out to your family, NOT to Hartford Soccer Club.
⚠️ Do not enter the same order both online and on paper.

     Submitting Paper Orders:

• Enter orders into Rally-Up and complete payment before the deadline.
• If you cannot enter them, submit the form and a single check for the total amount to your Team Director by the deadline.
  (Multiple checks are discouraged but will be accepted if necessary.)

What If I Can’t Pick Up My Order?

• Ask your Team Director or Coach if they can pick it up for you.
• If not, contact the Fundraiser Coordinator to make alternate arrangements.
• Unclaimed orders will be donated to the food pantry.
