Hartford Soccer Club offers select-level soccer to players in Southeastern Wisconsin to develop highly-skilled players who:

• Love soccer and aspire to compete at a more advanced level beyond our recreational teams. 
• Have chosen to commit at a higher-level to soccer. 
• Want to prepare for high school participation.
• Wish to play select-level soccer without excessive fees & out-of-state travel, while balancing other sports and activities. 

HSC SELECT OFFERS ADVANCED TRAINING, WITHOUT THE STRESS

WHERE AND WHEN WILL GAMES BE PLAYED?

Teams have 7-10 games during a season that are located less than 90 minutes away from Hartford. Home games are played at Independence Park in Hartford. Each team participates in 1-2 tournaments that are chosen based on coach and team input.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

• Boys and girls 12 years old and older

•  Players from any city, county or any club

WHEN DO WE PLAY?

• U15+ boys play in spring. 
• U15+ girls play in fall. 
• This does not conflict with high school soccer.
• U13 and U14 teams participate in both fall and spring.

WHICH LEAGUE AND ASSOCIATION?

• Hartford Soccer Club Select participates in the Southeast Classic League of the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA), which is part of U.S. Youth Soccer. 
  
  

COACHING

• HSC Select is coached by Ben Becherer and Michael McClain, both Nationally Licensed USSF coaches.

TRYOUTS

REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS HERE

Players’ skills will be evaluated during a tryout session. Boys and girls will each attend two days of tryouts based on age level. Please plan to attend both days!

Tryouts are held at Gib Mahr Stadium (630 Cedar St., Hartford)

June 10: Boys: U13, U14, U15,16  -  5:30-7:30 pm U17,18  -  7:30-9:30 pm     

June 11: Boys: U13, U14, U15,16  -  5:30-7:30 pm U17,18 -  7:30-9:30 pm

June 12: Girls: U13, U14, U15,16  -  5:30-7:30 pm U17,18  -  7:30-9:30 pm    

June 13: Girls: U13, U14, U15,16  -  5:30-7:30 pm U17,18  -  7:30-9:30 pm

Necessary forms for tryouts that must be brought include: BIRTH CERTIFICATE and the forms linked below (copies will be available at tryouts):
