Hartford Soccer Club depends on the support of our families to help us provide the best possible experience for our players. Volunteer tasks are assigned during both the Fall and Spring seasons and are scheduled around your child's game schedule whenever possible.

🔔 Important:
All volunteer positions must be fulfilled in both the Fall and Spring seasons. This ensures we have the support needed throughout the entire year.

This approach helps us fill all necessary roles while giving every family the opportunity to meet their volunteer requirement. Thank you for your continued support and involvement!

🔸 Concessions
Assist with selling food and drinks at our concession stand.
🕒 One 2-hour shift in Fall and one 2-hour shift in Spring.

🔸 Weekly Field Painting
Touch up field lines weekly throughout the season.
🕒 Weekly during both Fall and Spring seasons.

🔸 Nets & Field Setup
Set up and take down nets, corner flags, and signage on game days.
🕒 Saturday mornings and/or afternoons in both Fall and Spring, based on your child’s game. 

🔸 Fundraiser Help
Assist with setup and distribution of fundraiser orders at the concession stand.
🕒 Once in Fall and once in Spring, during Fundraiser pick-up nights.

🔸 Seasonal Field Prep
Help measure and paint field lines before each season begins.
🕒 One session before Fall season and one before Spring.

🔸 Fall Frenzy Tournament
Assist with the operations of our annual Fall Frenzy Tournament.
🛠️ Many roles available—from parking attendants and concessions to registration and field marshals.
🕒 Fall (tournament weekend in September)
